At Everlasting Keepsakes, each piece is carefully created just for you. Because our products are personalised, please allow time for your keepsake to be made with care before it is shipped.

⏱ Processing Time

All orders are made to order.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be created and prepared for dispatch.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep you updated.

🚚 Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

Standard Shipping: $9 flat rate
Express Shipping: $18
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $130

All orders are shipped with tracking via Australia Post or trusted courier services.

📍 Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary.

⚠️ Delays & Shipping Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur.

If your order is:

Delayed
Lost
Damaged in transit

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to resolve the issue with the carrier.

We will always ensure a fair outcome, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

📦 Important Notes

Choosing Express Shipping speeds up delivery time, but does not reduce processing time
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses
